Joyetech AIO Review
I first got my hands on the AIO about one month ago today. I couldn’t wait to get my hands on this little device not because I thought it was going to be an amazing vape but mainly because the the AIO is being touted as TPD friendly device. Lately there’s a wave of new supposedly TPD complient devices coming to the market from all the leading manufacturers. To say I was impressed with the eGo AIO would be an understatement. I really expect the AIO to be one of the devices of the year. So lets delve a bit deeper.
The Joyetech AIO is Joyetech’s latest eGo style offering. The AIO obviously stands for all in one. It’s predecessor the eGo one left me feeling very disappointed mainly due to leaking issues. So is the AIO an improvement on that? The answer is an astounding YES.
The AIO’s all in one style body combines an 1500mah battery with 2ml anti leaking cup style tank. The tank structure is very similar to that of the Joyetech Cubis and also has the same child proof cap which is a nice little feature for anyone with young kids. The airflow is a little on the tight
side but did not hinder my experience in the slightest. The stock drip tip is another cool feature it has
swirl flaps on the inside which is said to improve flavour. When I swapped out the drip tip with a wider bore I quickly returned to the stock option as it’s perfectly suited to the airflow. The interior of the tank contains led’s which a customizable to your favourite colour while vaping while also acting as an indicator. The led lights just add to the pleasing aesthetics of this already pretty device.
The battery is not adjustable it fire at 4.2v – 3.7v depending on battery charge. With the stock 0.6Ω coil installed that brings the max wattage when fully charged to 28 watts which is comparable to a lot of bigger box mods. I feel this take all the you gotta know ohm’s law Man before you can sub ohm and just makes the whole device hassle free device.
I really believe this Joyetech AIO is the kit that can bring vaping to the masses. It allows newbie vapers to get that sub ohm vape quality without having any experience which is a major thing. I remember when I started vaping walking into a vape shop over 4 years ago now and buying a Vision spinner with a ce4 (top of the range in the day). This goes to show how far electronic cigarette technology has come in such a short space of time.
So simple to use only 4 simple steps.
- Prime your coil.
- Insert coil.
- Fill cup/tank to the 2ml marker.
- Press the button 5 times to turn on.
And that’s it a sub ohm quality vape in a tiny elegant device. Personally even for me I love my box mods but I will never leave home without this baby.
