Aspire Cleito Review
At a Glance
The Aspire Cleito is a brand new tank design from Aspire and it’s in a class of it’s own so we decided to do a Aspire Cleito Review. Without a doubt one of our favourite tanks here in the Vape Shop that we’ve seen in recent months. So we’ll just take a quick look through the pro’s, con’s and what you get with it.
Monster Coil Size
The most innovative thing in my opinion is the chimney coil design. Where normally in most tanks you would have a coil (atomiser) at the base of the tank and a chimney to carry the vapour from the coil to the top and through the drip tip. The Aspire Cleito replaces all that with an all in one coil chimney system this allows for massive airflow through the coil and generates outstanding flavour which is second to none in tanks. The coils have 3 large wicking holes which is fantastic for high VG e liquids. Currently the coils come in 2 resistances 0.2Ω and 0.4Ω both built with clapton wire to improve flavour and boy they definitely deliver on the flavour front. Filling the Cleito couldn’t be simpler just unscrew the top cap and fill, it’s really clean to use with no leaking issues. In the package you’ll get 3 coloured bands for the top to colour co-ordinate with your mod although I didn’t find them very useful nice touch all the same. You’ll also get a vape band, spare glass and a 0.2Ω replacement coil plus the in-built 0.4Ω so you can test out both to find your own coil preference.
We love this tank here at Vapeways but as we all know nothing is perfect. The issues we’ve encountered so far are minor but to some people they may cause slight issue.
First off because they produce so much vapour, they’re a juice monster for a tank if your using this tank all day your going to have to think about buying 120ml bottles of juice – Luckily we have that covered with the addition of Humble e juice a fantastic range from California worth checking out. The other issue we found at Vapeways was when swapping out the coils. You’ll have to to unscrew the top cap, remove the glass and unscrew the coil. It can be messy and might lose some juice if you need an immediate coil change. Thankfully the coil life is great on the Cleito so this isn’t a major issue. For us personally it wasn’t an issue but we can see how some people might find this slightly irritating.
So all in all guy’s and girls this a great tank far superior to 95% of other sub ohm tanks on the market. There’s talk of an RBA base been released shortly so that will only help the popularity of this amazing piece of kit. One other thing to note is you probably need a pretty good device like the Wismec Reuleaux or something with some decent battery life that. While what tanks people like is a personal choice this one is a great choice for anyone that loves high VG e-liquids or wants to blow some nice clouds with great flavours. That pretty sums up our Aspire Cleito Review if you got any other questions lets us know or drop us an email.
